I usually get Gariz camera cases for my cameras. I saw this case and basically for the color scheme, black with red stitching though I would give it a try. Very surprised and impressed. First, the case fit perfectly, and I mean perfectly, it fit on my x100F with absolutely not as much as a fraction of having to move anything. Second, the leather is very nice and almost supple, it is not slick and you get a nice grip to it. Some may wish for more of a "hump" at where the fingers grab the camera for a bit more roundish feeling grip but I have no issues with the way it is. Third, there was no defaults in the stitching, no ragged little pieces of thread showed poor quality. Fourth, the bottom piece of aluminum in one piece and the cutouts are very nice for the battery and the other side to remove some weight. it does not appear to have the thin bottom piece like on the Gariz that some have had dislodge from the camera latter on with use. Fifth, the screw to secure the camera and tripod mount screw area seam well machined. The additional height it adds to the camera is welcome for my hand. All in all a superb case, really try it out if you are looking for a solid and well built case. I wish they made a top front cover like Gariz does, I would get that as well. All and all very happy with it.
